With all of the secrets going around about various ways to lose weight and increase your fitness level, it is hard to separate the truths from the lies.  In this image above are some of the various myths floating around as well as the real answer.  Despite what we may read on the internet or overhear at the grocery store, it is important to to rely on false myths to improve our health but rather to stick with what can be proven with concrete evidence.
